Tutorials may reference outputs from AI systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Claude, and others). AI responses can be inaccurate, outdated, or biased. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Cursor unless explicitly stated.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. User comments and conduct
If the Site allows comments, you agree not to post content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or invasive of privacy

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including fraud or death/ personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).

13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Kodexon is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
